• Happy to Help: General volunteers who are ready to be informed about and assist with various volunteer opportunities as they become available.

• Program Sales @ Home Games: Assist with selling football programs before home games for Freshman, JV/JV2, and Varsity teams.

• Locker Room Decorating: Help with creating signs and decorating the areas outside locker rooms on game days for Freshman (Shepton and Jasper), JV/JV2, and Varsity teams.

• Spirit Wear Sales: Assist with selling spirit wear at home games and Market Days at Plano West, held on the first Wednesday of each month during lunch periods.

• Saturday Breakfast for Coaches: Provide breakfast for 15 coaches on Saturdays after game days. Drop-off at the coach’s office at Plano West High School by 8:30 AM.

• Player Lunches: Host or bring food to a Varsity team lunch on game days. Hosts must live within a 2-mile radius of Plano West High School

• Pool Party: Help at the Player Pool Party on the evening of August 9th at Tom Muhlenbeck Recreational Center.

• Kickoff Cookout: Support the Family Kickoff Cookout on August 10th after the Freshman Scrimmage at Windhaven Meadows Park.

• Media Day: Volunteer at Media Day on August 17th at Plano West High School. Many volunteers needed!

• Mom’s Brunch: Assist with the video and Mom’s Brunch event on September 14th at Glen Eagles Country Club at 9:30 AM.

• Homecoming Parade: Help with decorating, setup, and cleanup on the day of the parade (October 2nd). We need drivers with trucks and trailers. Decoration and setup start in the afternoon.

• Banquets: Assist with decorations, setup, and/or cleanup for end-of-season banquets for Freshman, JV/JV2, and Varsity teams.
